1 nap a day?

Any other sept 18 babies only down to 1 nap a day? My baby recently has been only taking 1 nap a day and I didn’t think it would happen at this age. He was taking 2 naps that lasted about 1 hour each. Now he’s only taking 1 that lasts 1-2 hours.

My sept 12th baby boy takes one nap 12ish to 2ish

It depends on the length of the first nap. If he sleeps 2ish hours in the morning he won’t take a second. But if he sleeps less than an hour he will go down mid-afternoon for a second. I would say he does only one nap most of the time, though.

Sept16 baby and last week went down to one nap that starts early afternoon for an hour or two. I also didn’t think it would happen so soon

Mine has just recently gone down to one nap as well. Her one nap is generally longer than her 2 naps put together so one sign I knew she was ready!

Mine is down to 1 nap a day, but it’s a long one.  He used to nap 11-12 then again around 3 for about 45 mins.  It’s 1-3.  And he doesn’t go to bed until about  10pm

Yup! Sometimes we will get two in but usually he is up between 6-7am down from 12-2 and up until 7:30. Every now and again we can get a 5:30-7 nap and he will go down by 9pm. But that seems more rare these days. On the weekend though we for sure get two. One at 10:30 and one at 3.

My son wakes up every 2-3 hours during the night still so he takes 2-3 hour long naps during the day lol

My son is 11 months. He wakes up at 8 sometimes a bit earlier. Naps from 11-1230ish then another nap 330-430 then in bed by 730ish.

My daughter takes a nap lasting between 1-2 hours, some days closer to 3. But it’s her only nap of the day
