I don’t think I can take it anymore 😫

I’ve only had this IUD 4 weeks and this is starting to upset me. I have intense cramps, upset stomach and, cervical pain combined and it occurs every afternoon and is waking me up in my sleep at night. Its unbearable and I take ibuprofen so often with no relief.

Does anyone have any tips to help relieve the pain or should I just get it removed, I’m really trying to pull through hoping it’ll all pass by before getting it taken out.
