I am 14 years old and suffer from mental health OCD and anxiety to be exact , I have struggled for two years with my mental health and slowly watched myself get better then deteriorate my OCD is where I perform certain rituals and my anxiety is well anxiety and over thinking , at 14 years old it’s really hard to work though especially with problems with friendship group and school in general,
I need advice with friendship groups and how to be more confident in myself especially at school any advice on how to be a better version of yourself and anyone that suffers for OCD or anxiety how do you tackle it ???
