BFN but still no PMS Symptoms

Y’all I am a bit confused. I am currently 9DPO and usually by this point my PMS has hit hard but so far nothing. I had a pretty apparent BFN this morning. I know it’s still “early” to test but I was just surprised that I have ZERO PMS symptoms. I feel like our timing was off this month and AF will be showing up but was just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this?
