Leg workouts
I haven’t worked out since 2 months before I got pregnant (so roughly 7 months ago). I have gained quite a bit of weight in my thighs and am sooo self conscious about it especially since my legs have always been my favourite part of my body and I love showing them off in the summer 💁🏼♀️ because I haven’t worked out at all but my job is physically demanding (in terms of lifting a lot) I’ve been pretty active my entire pregnancy. Can I do leg workouts and it not be harmful? If so, what kind of workouts can I do? TIA🤗
