dextroamphetamine while breastfeeding

Hey mamas so before I was pregnant I was prescribed to dextroamphetamine which helped with my adhd and depression. I am breastfeeding and supplementing and my Gynecologist had me schedule an appointment with my family doctor to go back on the medication because I am having a really hard time i am feeling myself becoming really down and having a hard time doing day to day things and taking care of my 2 month old. Is anyone else prescribed to this medication while breastfeeding? I just dont want to harm my baby but I cant stand the way I feel anymore 😭
