Cut baby during c section

I know this is stupid but what are the actual chances? I've had a previous c section and due my next one in 2 days 😳 problem is baby always has his head pressed right against my section scar and still turns around so he basically presses his face against it. I guess I'm just really worried that theyll hurt him? I know its stupid but I also know that there is a small chance. Like how will they know with all the blood and fat ect that it's me and not the baby there cutting I'm actually having nightmares about it.
