Gas or early contractions?

Right. I've woken up three times during the night so far to stomach pains, I'm positive the first two felt like period pains, the third time I can't be so sure if it was another period like cramp or gas, and because I'm tired where I'm waking up to it I'm all confused.

Tmi but I've had 3 loose bowel movements as well, twice before bed and again now during the night. I'm 35 weeks 🤔🤔
