TTC After an Abortion

So please, no judgment.

I had an abortion about 2 years ago, my health was at risk, and I haven't tried to get pregnant since. However, Over the last 6 months I've been trying to convince but no luck. I've had 3 pregnancies(1 fullterm, 1 miscarriage and my abortion) all within the first month or 2 of me getting off hormonal birth control and I'm worried I may have damaged my body with the abortion.

Thoughts?
