Did anyone spot/bleed after taking letrozole ?
I’ve gotten high opks last couple of days not at peak yet. However today I have been crampy and right ovary or pelvic area has been pinching all day on and off. Tonight I started lightly bleeding. My right side is still crampy. I’m so confused 😭 also disappointing if it’s not ovulation
