SOS !! pregnant ???!!!

so around this week when i started having sex with my boyfriend i started getting really bad cramps during it. like it “hit” a lot but then after i would get the worst cramps of my life. and yesterday it was so bad i threw up(in the morning). today was the same, it “hit” and bad cramps, and i felt like i had to poop so i went to the restroom (i just farted a lot) and as i went to wipe, there was blood. it wasn’t a lot and rich red color but there was enough of the pinkish red color. my period should be next week not now. are these signs of symptoms of pregnancy ? if not what is wrong with my body? also he was rough and i like it like that but my body is never usually like this sensitive. so i don’t know if it’s from rough sex.
