Labor or nah?

Hello fellow August mamas, FTM, 39 + 3, trying to figure out if I should go into preparation mode for baby today, or if this is something else. I would greatly appreciate your advice. A little intro: yesterday was somewhat of a crazy day, lots of road trips in and out of the city, we're starting planning on our new house, it's gonna be our biggest project yet, and we had to drive over to the lot where we want to build it, and it's mostly on offroad terrain, very bumpy ride, which we had to do a few times over yesterday. So we got our measurements, planned the positioning of the construction etc, got home in the evening and everything was feeling normal. Just some good old BH contractions, but i've been having them for a couple of weeks now so all felt normal. Last night i woke up around 2:30 to go to the bathroom to pee, and i started getting stronger contractions, not very close together, still about 10-15 min apart, but they were definitely feeling stronger than my BH till then. I decided to go back to sleep and see how it goes. Throughout the rest of the night i kept waking up from sleep to contractions. Then this morning i woke up to a really strong one that sent me in a rush to the bathroom, where i urgently had to go number 1 and 2, and since this morning it's been more of the same. I have really heavy pressure in my pelvic region, on my bladder, and my whole abdomen feels tight and tense, and i have constant cramps (like strong period cramps) in my lower abdomen and in my back, and these stronger contractions are happening a few times an hour, still not very close together, and not super regular yet. Does this sound like real early labor or more like practice contractions, or something else? I'm finishing up my packing for the hospital and taking my dogs to doggy daycare and just wrapping everything up before i call the hospital to see when they want me to go in 🤞🏻
