2 days old

My baby is 2 days newborn today and my nipples are red sore and one is bleeding..help my milk hasn't even come in her, it's still mainly colostrum and I dont wwnt to give up. Any tips or advice? I'm using a nipple shield my nurse gave me l as st night and hand pumping with a pump. I havent even been discharged yet from the hospital I had a CS and still in recovery.. I am a little discouraged seems baby is so hungry and I have nothing to give😭
