7 days late

So I’m 7 days late , I had brown spots from the day I was suppose to get my period on and off like hardly anything . I took a ovulation test for a pregnancy test line indicator, which i posted on here also ... I saw the ovulation test was actually high so I continued to test along with the pregnancy test .. on the pregnancy test I think I see something but I also think I have line eyes .. today I got this strong Ovulation positive , yesterday a neg on pregnancy. What do you think ?
