Help!

I just made it to 8 weeks today and when I went to the rest room, and wiped I had a light discharge that was slightly pinkish, you could barely see the pink but I have been having and light cramping for a little while today. I went to the bathroom again a 30 minutes later and it went back to normal but I’m still worried. Is this normal? A lot women said it was normal online but I also seen many women say that this was the start of their miscarriage. I didn’t have any symptoms with my first pregnancy besides a missed period so this is all new to me. Should I go to the hospital?
