How do they work? Especially if you’re in a public bathroom ?

I haven’t ever had the need to empty it in public. You insert the cup inside your vagina and it catches the blood. It should last awhile so you should be able to get home and empty it.

They hold a lot more blood than a pad or tampon so you don’t have to dump them as often. On a normal day not my heavy days I empty my cup every 8-12 hours. On my heavy days I empty it every 6-8. I simply empty it. I wait until I get home to clean it but I have friends that bring wipes or a bottle of water to clean it up while they are in public. I swear by my cup it is the best decision I have ever made!!

They are a soft cup that sits inside. They can stay in for up to 12 hours so you shouldn’t have to worry about it in a public bathroom. But, if you do you can literally pop it out, dump it in the toilet, and pop it right back in without having to wash it. Just makes sure to wash it at home.
