Can you not ovulate and have a period?

My cycles are irregular and it can be longer than 35 days. We are trying for our second(we conceived my first with no issues) so I’m kind of puzzled. I don’t know if I even ovulated even with my Clearblue opk this month! According to my app I’m 4 days late. My pregnancy test could be a false positive as it could be an evap line. Has anyone had this issue? I had my hormones checked in April and they said it was ok!
