TTC 2 years. Anything?

Question

We’ve been TTC for 2 years now. We’ve miscarried twice and had several chemical pregnancies. I like an idiot took an idiot yesterday and thought I saw the faintest of lines. And now I feel like I’ve gone crazy. Can anyone else see anything?
