Depressed?
I have had a lingering feeling of depression I. My brain experiences a lot of cognitive dissonance in every aspect. For example, I’m very careless/ but will also over analyze everything.
I’ve also been hooking up with this guy for two years who doesn’t really take me seriously. It has taken a mental toll on me. I think it would be resolved if I could simple drop people. But I have an issue with letting go.
How do you deal with depression and valuing yourself? Does meditation help you at all?
