All period symptoms but no period

I was due yesterday. The most me and me boyfriend would do us touch eachother through clothes I have all of my usual period symptoms: sore boobs, spots and constant hunger🤣 with my boyfriend and I always having our clothes on there is no way I could be pregnant although I went on holiday last month and was due my period then so I got tablets to stop it. Once I finished them my period came 3 days later(like it said on the packet) it says it can make your period irregular have anyone else experienced this?
