Spurts/waves of lower back pain 37w4d

Could this be labor? Or baby moving in a way that is hurting my back periodically? Sometimes the back pain is accompanied by what feel like Braxton Hicks

I also felt a few swift kicks to the floor of my vagina and was almost certain I’d feel the amniotic sac had I stuck a finger up there when the kicks were happening

Earlier today a few hours ago I was sitting down and had three separate pains come and go in my lower back
