Are prenatals 100% necessary? I’m someone who is really forgetful . I have one medicine that I have to take every day(my thyroid one) or else it’ll cause me to miscarry like I did a few months ago, (I had the wrong dose).

My doctor says I can’t take my prenatal and thyroid meds around the same time. I usually take thyroid in the morning and end up forgetting the prenatal at night . I just don’t want this to be something that will also cause me to miscarry . Sometimes I’ll forget two days and then remember and take it .
