Stuck and unsure what to do

Please help me and give me advice.... I am currently 14 months into my marriage and so unhappy. My husband is so manipulative and whenever I don’t do something for him he makes me feel so guilty until I do it. He doesn’t have any respect for me whenever I ask for something politely. Has anyone ever been in this kind of a relationship? I feel heartbroken and unsure what to do.
