Trigger warning abuse infront of my 2 year old and I'm 36 weeks pregnant

My partner choked me today and I tried to defend myself then he punched me in my mouth and after that happened he told me it was all my fault and I'm not innocent.. this has happened before and hes always doing it infront of my 2 year old I'm also 36 and 2 days pregnant.. just 2 weeks ago he grabbed me by my hair and threw me down... I dont know what to do anymore ...
