Have you ever used cloth pads?

I’m allergic to pads and tampons (chemicals) and as I was looking online for the organic ones, I came across cloth pads. I want to know how they work? When should you change them? Are they comfortable? I usually wear super nighttime pads because of my heavy periods. So I don’t mind them feeling like a “diaper” as some may say 😂

My friend uses them and I had the same questions. She changes them as needed and you use the same judgment you would with regular disposable pads. She says they’re super comfy and she uses the same kind of bag people use when they’re using cloth diapers. One that doesn’t let smell or wetness out. She said she washes them everyday in hot water. 
Honestly I wanna do this too. It saves so much money, and I have the same problem with pads. The only pads I can use are always infinity and those are on the more expensive side.

I use them! Wouldn't have it any other way. There's no noise really when you change them and none when you're just walking either (I hated that with disposables). Less waste by far! They are comfy and super customisable if you get them from a wahm who makes them (absorbency, pattern, length, shape etc.). I change mine every few hours just like I would with a disposable.
