Clueless

Mommas who just entered the third trimester or have been pregnant before, I have a question. I’ve felt off all day, been nauseated, dizziness, diarrhea, sneezing and coughing, and my discharge has increased a lot. I slept atleast 18 hours today, I contacted the hospital(I couldn’t get ahold of my dr) when I first started feeling nauseous and The nurse said It wasn’t normal but if i’m not throwing up, to not be alarmed about it. I just want to know if it’s normal to feel this way. My daughter has been kicking and moving still all day but definitely less then normal. I have a doctors appointment later today. Should I be worried?? Or am i just being paranoid?? I’m a ftm with no help other then my fiancé so no clue what really to expect.
