Has anyone ever gotten pregnant without an LH surge?

I’m desperately trying to hold onto some sort of hope. I took an opk every single day starting with the day after my period and I never got a positive for an LH surge. My husband and I have had sex 26 times last month and every day this month, but sheesh. I’m so gutted thinking about my not even having a chance. Has anyone gotten pregnant and just not seen a positive opk?

Definitely take them 2 times a day till positive don’t just stop taking them keep going till positive it’s also good to temp to confirm ovulation that would help a lot

I was curious about testing with opk and got two lines not sure if accurate tho .  At 7dpo I had a vvvfl on preg test! I’m currently 10dpo! Thought I had a spare preg test so I held my pee in for a few hours so I could test but realised I only had opk left over. Used it to cus i was curious lol 🤞

I got a positive OPK but no surge the month we conceived. I also wasn't testing as much to reduce stress though too
