Paranormal or just overthinking

So I’ve been lying in my bed for a few hours relaxing. Lying facing the right side. I got up went to the toilet, came back to my room got ready to go to bed. This time lying facing the left side and my feet more on the left side of my double bed. And the spot where me feet are was super warm. But the rest of the bed was cold. I have no pets in this house who could have been lying there. My heater was off. And it’s 12:30am. So no sunlight coming into my room.

Am I just going crazy or what? Because despite me being weirded out I kept my feet there because it’s winter in Australia and I’m a cold bitch who can’t afford to run my heater. But my feet got like almost sweaty from the heat while the rest of me is cold af
