Bad cramps who can relate?

I recently lost my virginity two months ago and I’ve had my period twice I’ve had really bad cramps and pain. Is that cause of sex? If so do you guys recommend something that helps it go away a bit

Literally same. When I was a virgin I didn’t get cramps, now I get cramps every time I get my period. Only thing I do is take pills, use a heating pad, and occasionally stretching helps me.

Generally my cramps are worse if I have sex right before my period starts. Generally I’ll start having some light cramping like 4-5 days before my period starts and as soon as that happens, I won’t have sex until my period has come and gone. 
But if I have sex other times throughout the month it doesn’t affect my cramps one way or another.
