Help I’m going crazy

My boyfriend and I are in the process of having a baby I’m a big thinker I love to have everything planned out so I was looking up everything my baby will need from a crib to insurance to savings but I have a feeling I’m missing something I have clothes, diapers, car seat, stroller, hats, gloves, insurance. Help or am I just simply doing the typical first time mom thing lol
