Foremilk?

Does this look like primarily foremilk to you? I’m transitioning to formula so only pumping for comfort at this point.  I thought it looked like mostly foremilk so wasn’t sure if I should give it as his next bottle or not. Usually it’s not as watery if that makes sense

Giving foremilk will help transition to formula.  A switch to formula can often cause constipation and foremilk is a good laxative and has the same protein and vitamin content as full milk, just a bit lower in fat. 
That said, the picture looks like full milk. Foremilk will be more translucent and watery looking.

No that looks like pretty legit milk. A little more watery but it’s ok

If you emptied your breast as well as you could pumping it should have both the foremilk and hindmilk in it.  It is probably just mixed well so it looks thinner.  There’s no reason you shouldn’t use it.
