OPK Help

After months and months of trying medicines, going to doctors, fertility, etc. I found out today that I have not one but two follicles growing this month! I forgot to test opk this morning but I have been testing for MONTHS and haven’t ovulated ever. When I got home I tried and got this. Am I ovulating today? The doc said it would most likely happen in the next few days if not today. Please send good vibes and help.
