Ttc baby 2 while breastfeeding

Hi! Looking for some advice. LO is 15 months at the end of this month and I’m hoping for another baby by August/September next year. Hubs is mostly on board but wants to see how I cope going back to work in a few weeks (currently on summer break) as I had a few bouts of anxiety and depression due to a work related issue. My periods have started returning but I’ve not been tracking them and they’re not regular like they were before hand. We’re hoping to try in about 3 months (as LO hits 18 months) but I’m worried as I don’t feel I know my body as well anymore.

Any advice? How easy have others found it ttc while breastfeeding? Our LO was conceived within a week (lucky us) so I’m just worried it might not happen as quickly this time. I also read you’re 9 times more likely to conceive twins while breastfeeding and I would LOVE this 🤞 I’m well aware twins are harder work but my dad is a twin and I’ve always wanted twins. Plus I want a bigger family (3-5 kids) so need to crack on so there isn’t massive age gaps.

Any advice for ttc or tracking ovulation while still breastfeeding is really appreciated :)
