Hey everyone I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my first, I’m curious to know what prenatal vitamins y’all recommend? I’ve tried 3 kinds 2 were gummies and 1 were pills anyway they’ve all made me sick. I’m not sure if it’s morning sickness or if it’s the prenatales but please comment which work best for you.
