Working out after a vaginal birth?
How long after a vaginal birth with no complications can you start working out again? I was quite fit before pregnancy but stopped at the start of my second trimester due to bad all day sickness and low energy levels.
I’m 27 weeks atm and PLAN on having a vaginal birth if everything goes smoothly.
I’m just reading all these different periods you have to wait after giving birth and some seem ridiculous, like one said 12 weeks?
I’ll check with my midwife when I see her next but I’m just curious 😊
