BFP a week late... ultrasound?

I didn’t get a faint line on a test till I was about a week late. (Was all negative before) Does that mean I’m going to measure a week smaller as well at my first ultrasound?? Sorry this is my first pregnancy, don’t know what to expect

Not necessarily. Everyone’s hcg (pregnancy hormone) rises at different rates so your body just wasn’t producing enough to be read by an at home test. Doesn’t mean you’re not as far along as you think, but it might.

It could. Hcg levels are usually high enough to test positive by the day of your missed period,  so you may have ovulated/implanted later than usual, but hcg levels are variable and it depends how sensitive the tests you were using are.  No telling for sure until your ultrasound 🙂
