over representation of chromosome 16

I received a call from my OBs office, my genetic testing identifies and over representation of chromosome 16.. they didn’t have any other details and asked me to call the testers.. but i won’t get a call back until tomorrow.. does anyone have anything for me until then? I can’t seem to find anything online...
