It’s fine! I had my daughter 2014 stopped breastfeeding in 2016. MY MILK NEVER DRIED UP! Had my son this year and had milk flow throughout pregnancy. Try not to squeeze it out could irritate your ducts and cause bleeding.

Could it be a side effect to the supplements that you were taking? I thought breast milk completely dried up on it's own once you're not using it but I could be wrong about that. This is something new to me. I have family members dry up their milk because they where no long breastfeeding or my sister in law never wanted to breastfed so she stopped her supply very early on with home remedies. I honestly, thought that it drys up on it's own once you are not using it. Have you asked your doctor?
