Uhm Braxton Hicks and nasal congestion don’t mix
I can’t breathe out of my nose and I’m trying to blow my nose while simultaneously getting Braxton Hicks contractions. Ouch!
Also has anyone experienced giving birth while congested? I’m worried about being able to do the breathing techniques!
