Implantation spotting or start of period??

Question

Hey all. So I’m supposed to be starting my withdrawal bleeding. I’m on birth control. 
However this looks way too light and pink for it to be the start of my “period.” 
Last Monday - Wednesday I was dizzy and tired intermittently. That stopped though. 
Wednesday I got into a car crash that was pretty severe. Got some injuries from it. I’ve had lower back pain ever since that’s also radiated into my legs and stuff, but now I’m scared that it may have been implantation cramping. I’ve had this pain in my back pretty consistently for the past 5 days. 
Boobs feel PMS like at the moment. 
I tested Friday and it came out negative so now I don’t know what to do or think now. HELP!!!!!!

Withdrawal bleeding appears when you’ve stopped taking birth control... It’s your body “withdrawing” from the medication, which causes the bleeding. If you’re on birth control, you would have breakthrough bleeding. It’s the annoying red/brown/pink bleeding you get occasionally. 
If you’re on the pill and you’ve been consistent, it’s not implantation bleeding. The pill is designed specifically to stop ovulation from occurring. No ovulation means no implantation - there’s nothing to fertilize and implant. Keep in mind the pill is 99.7% effective, and it is highly unlikely to fall pregnant on the pill. 
My best guess, from the vague photos and if you’re on birth control, is breakthrough bleeding. Could also very well be miss AF making a slow approach.
