Awake at 3 am.... again

Anyone else up and can’t sleep cause of heartburn . I’m not sitting propped up and uncomfortable how can I sleep like this . I’m so exhausted I have to be up in three hours for work . This is a daily routine now for and baby . I feel great when I fall asleep then bam midnight comes around and she’s kicking and I get the intensive burn in my throat . It’s so bad that I’m burping up bile ( sorry tmi ) . I’ve tried Zantac , tums , milk . I don’t know what else to do .
