Hope after early miscarriage

Just coming to the end of my bleeding (I hope) from my early miscarriage and doctor has cleared us to try again straight away because my HCG didnt get too high and has dropped so quickly....just wanted to know if anyone had conceived again so quickly, good or bad stories please, want to know what we could be up against

Apparently you can be quite fertile after a miscarriage
