Constant stuffy nose??

Hey ladies. Anyone else dealing with a constant stuffed up nose?? Been this way almost two weeks now... it’s the only symptom I have at all! It’s clear so I know it’s not a sinus infection!

I had it too but it’s mostly gone away by 23 weeks so there is hope haha

I recommend breath right strips! They work great!! Every pregnancy I get stuffy and they work!

I seem to get congested overnight but clears up a bit by the morning. But i think it might get worse as i get bigger 🤷‍♀️

Yes- slightly stuffy and smeezy.  Since June.

I read that it’s normal.
I use Sudafed nasal spray. Wouldn’t be able to sleep without it

Benadryl has been a life saver. I take two before bed and can breathe. I forgot to take it last night and my nose is so stuffy this morning. 🙃
