I have a problem with weight and over the past 2 years I have been eating right

Now I am in a new job and focusing on that I want to start focusing on me

And go to the gym

What is the best gym out there

Virgin active gym

Nut field gym

Pure gym

Why are they so expense as well it’s crazy

I work in London city and virgin active 132 per month crazy

I am

Scared of the Machines and not knowing what to do as well I am self conscious

Can some help me make a decision

Costs so far

Virgin active in the city and local - 132£ per month

Nutfield just local - 47 per month

Puregym - just close to work - 15 per month

Pure gym has no pool ps - no frills gym

Any ideas who works and love in London city
