Sleep aid info from Dr
I’ve been having issues with sleeping the past few nights. I called my dr office and she said since I’m in the first trimester to not take Benadryl yet. She said to stick with unisom at night. Curious if others are receiving the same feedback. Just wanted to throw that out there.
So many rules! I can’t keep up. But I want us all to be safe.
