What is this?!

Not trying to be gross, but I bathed late last night and didn’t have a bowel movement today. I felt a little wetness down there, so I went to the bathroom to wipe and saw what looked like runny, clear cervical mucus on the tissue, yet I ovulated last week and my period isn’t due for another 4 days. Don’t know what that dried brown spot is in my underwear, but I don’t recall ever having anything like it before.
