PP Sex Help/Advice!?

I just tried having sex yesterday for the first time at 7 weeks. I couldn’t even get my finger in to insert the lube. Then when my SO tried to go inside I felt like he was going to tear something inside and we had to stop. It felt like it was impossible for him to fit. It didn’t help that I was anxious and scared i’m sure. But is this normal? Also, how did it feel for you the first time? How many weeks?
