A little help

So this app says I'm 12 days late but I have irregular periods. Today marks 3 days of cramps, yesterday I was having to sit in the fetal position almost all day. Today I'm better, just hot and neauseas.

Took an ovulation test and a pregnancy test just now after a 4 hour hold.

*ovulation test, actually never had one look this dark before....

*pregnancy test...

I haven't had any spotting yet. But I normally don't cramp like this before a period, even if it's late. Can I ovulate even if I'm so called "late" ??
