very bad neck stiffness and pain
i have very had neck stiffness pain and back pain scoliosis bad im huntched over some.. is there anythign i can order online i went to dr last yr and he done a exray only my neck i have touch of arthritis in it he said but didnt help me at all just therpy the therpy excerise i can do at home it doesnt help me at all 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
