Not being able to get pregnant

hello my name is A . . . I was diagnosed with chlymedia around 2-3 months ago I took what I was prescribed I no longer have it but I did have it for around a year and because of that it's now hard for me to fall pregnant I didn't get it from my current partner whom I've been with for a year and going to two months I got it before I got in a relationship with him I'm 17 years old ( keep away if you just want to say bad comments ) now I would like to know of any good tips for me to get pregnant we have been trying for around 7 months and nothing so let me know of what you guys come up with please
